The Little Nurseries Group is a trading name of Nursery Elite Ltd. The group acts as data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Depending on your relationship with us, this may include contact details, children's care and development records, medical or dietary information, attendance, enquiry information, recruitment records, visitor details and photographs or video where consent has been given.

We use personal data to deliver safe childcare and education, meet statutory obligations, administer places and funding, communicate with families, respond to enquiries, recruit and support staff, and protect health, safety and safeguarding.
