We are absolutely delighted to share some wonderful news from Little Tots Nursery. Our very own Zoe Swann has been shortlisted as a finalist for Nursery Manager of the Year at the prestigious National NMT Nursery Awards 2025.
This nomination is a fantastic recognition of Zoe’s dedication, leadership, and the incredible care she brings to Little Tots every single day. From nurturing strong bonds with children and families to supporting and inspiring her team, Zoe is at the heart of what makes our nursery such a special place.
Earlier this year, Zoe led Little Tots to achieve an Outstanding Ofsted rating, a reflection of the high standards, warm environment, and exceptional outcomes for children that she and her team work so hard to deliver.
The NMT Nursery Awards celebrate the very best in early years care and education across the UK, and to be recognised on a national stage is a true honour — both for Zoe personally and for the whole Little Tots family.
