At Little Nurseries, we’re passionate about learning – not just for the children in our care, but for our dedicated team too. That’s why we’re so proud to celebrate an incredible achievement by one of our own: Grace has successfully completed her BA (Hons) degree in Early Childhood Studies at Oxford Brookes University, graduating with an impressive 2:1.
Balancing academic study alongside a demanding role in early years is no small feat, and Grace’s accomplishment is a true testament to her hard work, determination, and love for what she does.
Grace shared, “I feel proud of myself for achieving this qualification alongside working. Receiving such a high grade left me feeling relieved and overwhelmed but happy. I am looking forward to moving into the pre-school room and putting my knowledge and expertise into practice. I am also continuing with academia and starting my Early Years Teacher Status that will enable me to teach the pre-school children to an even higher level.”
Her commitment hasn’t gone unnoticed. Karine Baizon, Grace’s manager, added:
“I’d like to extend a huge congratulations to Grace on completing her BA (Hons) degree in Early Childhood Studies. This is a fantastic achievement and a clear reflection of her commitment, resilience, and passion for early years education. We’re all looking forward to seeing how she applies her new knowledge and skills to further strengthen our practice and continue delivering the best outcomes for the children in our care.”
Gary Jeffries, our Operations Director, also shared his pride:
“We’re incredibly proud of Grace for successfully completing her BA (Hons) degree in Early Childhood Studies. This is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of her dedication, hard work, and passion for early years education. We’re excited to see how Grace will apply her knowledge and insight to further strengthen our practice and enhance the experiences we provide for children and families. Well done — your commitment to professional growth continues to inspire us all!”
This milestone isn’t just a personal triumph for Grace, it’s also a wonderful example of how we nurture talent within Little Nurseries. By supporting our team to develop their skills and qualifications, we’re ensuring every child benefits from the very best care, education, and expertise.
Congratulations, Grace – we can’t wait to see all that you’ll achieve next.
