- Child’s name, date of birth, gender
- Parent/guardian names and contact details
- Emergency contact details
- Medical information, allergies, dietary requirements

- Accident/incident reports
- Photos and videos (only with consent)
- Notes relating to learning, development and safeguarding
Website Visitors & Enquiries
- Names and contact details submitted through web forms
- Information provided when requesting a nursery tour or place
- IP address and basic browser/device information
Staff and Job Applicants
- Name, address, contact details
- CVs, qualifications, employment history
- DBS information
- References
- HR and training records
Visitors to Our Nurseries

- CCTV footage where applicable

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

- Child records: typically kept for 3 years after a child leaves, or longer for safeguarding records
- Accident/incident forms: 21 years and 3 months
- Financial records: 6 years
- Staff records: 6 years after employment ends
- CCTV footage: normally up to 30 days, unless required for an investigation
